Terms of Sale & Return Policy

 

1. General Provisions

1.1. These terms govern purchases in the Cells8 online store operated by RXC Balti OÜ.
1.2. By placing an order, the Consumer agrees to these terms.
1.3. The Seller may update terms and prices at any time.

 

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1. All prices are in Euros (€) and include Estonian VAT (24%).
2.2. Payments are processed via Montonio (bank links, Visa, Mastercard).
2.3. The contract enters into force once payment is received.

 

3. Delivery

3.1. Delivery is available within Estonia and the EU.
3.2. Shipping cost is shown at checkout.
3.3. Delivery time in Estonia: 2–7 business days.
3.4. The Seller is responsible for the goods until delivery.

 

4. Right of Withdrawal (30-Day Return)

4.1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods.

4.2. Return Conditions:

• Product must be unused

• Product must be in original packaging

• Packaging must be undamaged and complete

4.3. Used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and health protection reasons (wearable wellness devices).

4.4. To initiate a return, contact: health@cells8.com within 14 days.

4.5. Return shipping costs are borne by the Consumer, except in case of defective or incorrect product.

 

5. Defective Goods (Warranty & Claims)

5.1. The Seller is liable for defects existing at the time of delivery for 2 years.

5.2. If the product is defective:

• It must be returned in original packaging (if possible)

• The Seller will repair, replace, or refund

5.3. Claims must be submitted within 2 months of discovering the defect via:

6. Refunds

6.1. Refunds are processed within 30 days after receiving returned goods.
6.2. Refund is made using the same payment method.

 

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are settled in Harju County Court.
