What the 9 Wavelengths Do
The Cells8 Sauna Panel emits nine therapeutic wavelengths from 480nm to 1060nm, covering the full spectrum from visible light to deep near-infrared.
480nm - enhances skin permeability for better absorption of skincare products. 525nm - soothes inflammation, suppresses excess melanin, and helps with acne-prone skin. 630nm - stimulates cell regeneration, wound healing, and tissue repair. 660nm - the most researched red light wavelength: drives collagen production, circulation, and mitochondrial energy. 810nm - penetrates 30–40mm deep into muscle and joint tissue for pain relief and recovery. 830nm - deep anti-inflammatory effects via mitochondrial stimulation. 850nm - collagen support at greater depth, plus muscle recovery and soreness reduction. 940nm - reduces muscle fatigue and inflammation, particularly valued by athletes. 1060nm - the deepest wavelength: supports immune function and assists with deep tissue pain and nerve regeneration.
